Donating gear to a gym in Ao Nang, Krabi, has a meaningful impact beyond just improving training facilities—it plays a crucial role in supporting local youth and community development. Ao Nang, a popular tourist destination in southern Thailand, has a diverse population that includes local Thai families and a growing number of young people. Many face socioeconomic challenges, making them vulnerable to negative influences such as drug use and delinquency.

Why Donate to this gym and not others in the area?
We have been to Ao Nang Numerous times, for bringing boxers from America to training ourselves; its a tourist hotspot in south Thailand. Because of this there are many Muay Thai gyms tending to tourists. However, what we noticed about this gym is that it has many thai youth training everyday. It could be due to the large market adjacent to the gym where many of the parents likely work.

Supporting local coaches with equipment also encourages them to continue their mentorship roles, which is vital for creating stable, supportive environments. Coaches often act as role models and community leaders, guiding youngsters away from harmful paths.
